Ways to Get Involved
Hurricane Helene has left a path of unprecedented destruction across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. Many folks in our congregation are asking “what can I do” to provide relief and care in response to this most recent disaster.

The FCPC staff and Mission Committee would like to offer the following information for those looking to help and solicits your engagement as we come together to provide care and support. We hope this need to support will serve as a great opportunity for FCPC to once more demonstrate God’s love to those who have lost so much. Presbyterian Disaster Assistance enables congregations and mission partners of the Presbyterian Church (USA) to respond to crises and catastrophic events.
North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has encouraged people to donate money to the state’s Disaster Relief Fund.
These contributions will be directed toward nonprofits working to help residents recover from the damage by offering food, water, and cleaning supplies.
Brother's Brother works hand-in-hand with first responders and relief agencies in the affected areas to provide ongoing support.

Salvation Army provides support, hope, and healing to survivors and first responders of Hurricane Helene.
